When hired as the Association of Energy Services Professionals (, the non-profit was struggling to grow membership and increase its brand. During her nine-year tenure at AESP, revenue increased by 800% and membership grew from 750 to over 2200. Prior to accepting the position of CEO, she served on the association’s board. This experience from both sides of the aisle is valued by her non-profit clients.

Meg recently completed a comprehensive business development plan for a new non-profit focused on environmental adaptation.

A former board member of the California Energy Efficiency Industrial Council, Meg served on the finance committee.
